I was a local authority "casual" sports coach,  drafted in by Ayrshire's finest Sport Development officer Colin Duthie in 2015 to help start what would soon become the Ayrshire Tigers.

Gained a BA in Sports Coaching and Development and a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education, Qualified as a Hockey, Basketball, Athletics and Multi-Sport Coach. I have also gained the SFA level I coaching qualification and have also been on the wheelchair football association's Powercchair football course.

I was the head coach of the Tigers between 2015 and 2023. Leaving this post due to family commitments I still serve on the committee and am available to support the coaching team when called upon.

Keen watcher of Man United and supporter of the mighty Ayrshire Tigers.

I spend my working days teaching Primary pupils Literacy, Numeracy and terrible dad jokes. I spend any precious free time  playing with my kids Amy and Callum and annoying the wife.
